A chart with horizontal and vertical axes is used to classify the seven mindfulness practices in this audiovisual series. The horizontal axis indicates "Amount of Movement", increasing from left to right, with less movement on the left (such as Body Scan and Mindful Sitting) and more movement on the right (such as Mindful Walking and Mindful Stretching). The vertical axis indicates "Duration", that is, the time required for each practice, increasing from bottom to top, with shorter duration in the bottom (such as Three-step Breathing Space and Mindful Walking) and longer duration at the top (such as Body Scan and Loving-kindness).

"Mindful Living" is an audiovisual series on mindfulness specially designed for elderly people. It is developed by the Elderly Health Service of the Department of Health with an aim to enhance mental health by integrating mindfulness into daily life.
