The Government Vaccination Programme 2025/26 has been launched in 18 Elderly Health Centres on 25 September 2025. Persons aged 18 or above who receive vaccination services under the 2025/26 GVP are required to register eHealth. EHCs will assist persons in need to register eHealth to receive vaccination services.

#High-risk conditions include:

• History of invasive pneumococcal disease, cerebrospinal fluid leakage or cochlear implant;
• Chronic cardiovascular (except hypertension without complication), lung, liver or kidney diseases;
• Metabolic diseases including diabetes mellitus or obesity (Body Mass Index 30 or above);
• Immunocompromised states related to weakened immune system due to conditions such as asplenia, HIV/AIDS or cancer/steroid treatment; and
• Chronic neurological conditions that can compromise respiratory functions, the handling of respiratory secretions, increase the risk for aspiration or those who lack the ability to take care of themselves.

Member please bring along your valid Hong Kong Identity Card, immunisation (including COVID-19 vaccine) record and member's booklet to receive vaccination at your respective centre on its vaccination service days (except public holidays). If the daily quota is full, the staff of the centre will arrange another date and time of vaccination for the elderly.
